Alison Dryland

Alison started her career in Jersey as a Transmission Controller for Channel Television moving across to an HR and Administration Manager role within the group in 1997.  After a period of maternity leave Alison worked for a large professional services firm as their HR Manager which meant regularly travelling and working in both Jersey and Guernsey.  

Alison joined BDO in Jersey as their HR Manager in January 2007.  Alison was brought in to develop and implement the HR strategy across the business and today her role extends across the whole HR function of the group including resourcing, training and employee relations.
