Alex has been a Learning & Development professional since 1999 and has worked around the world advising & training over 350 organisations from a wide range of public, private and not-for-profit organisations.

As a previous finalist of the UK SME Director of the Year, she leads a committed team of End-User IT Trainers, Software Adoption Experts and Productivity Specialists to deliver creative, design-led learning solutions and consultancy.

Over the years, Alex has been involved in countless migrations, system updates and implementation of new processes and ways of working, all of which have required unique approaches to engaging with end-users to help to change behaviours.
