Tanya Grove

Originally from South Africa, Tanya qualified as a chartered accountant during 2016 after serving articles at one of the global audit firms in South Africa. After moving to Jersey in 2017, Tanya joined BDO Jersey. As an Advisory Manager at BDO, Tanya’s focus is on providing clients with excellent client service through open communication and team management.

Tanya has gained her initial assurance experience in a wide variety of industries including public sector, retail, agriculture, mining and manufacturing. Her current portfolio is focused on private equity and real estate funds, private investment structures, regulated and unregulated fund managers, as well as commercial entities in the banking industry.

Tanya has experience in undertaking internal risk and control reviews of business processes, IT general controls, Data Governance, Third Party Risk Management as well as external audits. She has extensive experience in a number of frameworks including ISAE 3402 & 3000, ISRS 4400, IFRS and FRS 102.

Tanya is passionate about problem solving, analysing data & risks and enhancing organisational performance.
