Rhys' expertise lies within real estate private equity funds and real estate companies which accounts for half of his portfolio. His experience covers residential and commercial real estate having worked with clients that have mixed-use properties, residential accommodation, development property and office space.
These clients are focused within Jersey, the UK and Europe ensuring his specialised knowledge is within jurisdictions that matter to his clients. As part of his role he also sits on the subject matter expert team for real estate bringing industry updates to the group, understanding how these will impact our audits and updating our testing to be more robust and in line with the industry specific developments.
Rhys’ other areas of expertise are within private equity funds and fiduciary which account for the other half of his portfolio. Having worked with these entities in a Jersey market, he has been able to build an understanding of what matters most to his clients.
Responsible for overall coordination and project management, ensuring timely completion and smooth communication between the audit team and the client. Rhys excels in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to bring a tailored experience.
