Mark McLachlan is Head of IT Services, bringing over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. With a strong focus on ITIL methodologies and technology-driven solutions, Mark leads C5’s IT services practice, ensuring the delivery of exceptional managed services and technology support for the businesses we work with.

Mark is certified as an ITIL 4 Managing Professional and Strategic Leader, with deep expertise in service delivery, process design, and operational excellence. His experience spans the legal, fiduciary, and banking sectors, providing him with a strong understanding of business processes and the need for effective, collaborative working practices.

Mark is highly skilled in the latest Microsoft solutions and holds certifications across Azure, Microsoft 365, and Security. He applies this knowledge to help clients modernize their infrastructure, strengthen their security posture, and achieve their digital transformation goals.

Mark oversees a team of around 50 technology specialists, each bringing expertise across different technology stacks. He fosters a culture of continuous improvement, guiding the team to deliver high-quality solutions and achieve shared objectives.
