Louis Pike

Louis is an experienced consultant and ACCA-qualified accountant with a diverse background in transformation, regulatory delivery, and business readiness.

He has experience in the financial services sector, including regulatory consulting, a deep understanding of banking, trust and corporate services, funds, and asset & wealth management.

Louis has successfully led and managed initiatives such as large-scale KYC, CDD and AML/CFT/PF remediation programmes, target operating model design, end-to-end process mapping, control framework development, and onboarding platform assessments.

He is comfortable working at both board and operational levels, excels in communication, and has expertise in operational readiness, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and clear, board-ready reporting. 

Louis holds the ACCA qualification and has developed his career across leading institutions. He is an Emerging Leaders Committee Member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) Guernsey and the Guernsey Lead for TEKEX, one of the Crown Dependencies' largest business networks. 

His adaptable and structured, execution-led approach makes him effective in navigating complex challenges and driving successful outcomes for our clients.
