Ciara Ormerod

Ciara is a Director in BDO's Management Consulting team, helping organisations to navigate change, transformation and growth with confidence.

She works closely with leadership teams to turn strategic ambitions into practical, measurable outcomes across governance, risk management, operational performance and organisational effectiveness. 

Having recently returned to Jersey after several years living and working in Australia, Ciara combines international consulting experience with a strong local perspective.

She is known for her collaborative leadership style, commercial mindset and ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues. 

A Chartered Accountant by background, Ciara brings extensive consulting experience gained with leading professional services firms in Australia and the UK. 

Her career spans a wide range of transformation initiatives, including digital transformation and organisational improvement programmes. 

As part of BDO’s senior consulting team, Ciara plays a key role in developing the firm’s Management Consulting offering.

She works closely with clients to address strategic and operational challenges, helping them navigate change, strengthen organisational performance and realise their long-term ambitions through a practical, outcomes focused approach.
