Allam is jointly responsible for the operational and strategic business objectives of BDO Advisory, Transformation and Change. A qualified Prince2 practitioner, Change Manage practitioner and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Allam has a deep understanding of the business opportunities and operational challenges facing organisations in many different market sectors, including financial and legal services, intellectual property management, government, utilities and telecommunications.
Allam has managed and led the delivery of a wide range of initiatives such as global rebrand programmes, the carve out and integration of a global bank into a corporate services business (resulting from acquisition), implementing multiple new technology platforms and running operational improvement programmes that focus on reducing inefficiency and better meeting customer needs.
Used to working at board level, but equally comfortable operating within project teams or operational functional areas and a very effective communicator at all levels. Able to both set up and run Project Management Offices (PMO's) having done this in practice and being a certified P3O® Practitioner.
Allam also has specialist technical knowledge having previously worked for two Microsoft Gold Partners, implementing business solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) platforms.
