Stephen is PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM, MoR and BPM qualified. In his career, Stephen has been a crucial player in managing strategic portfolios of change for large government departments, working with C-Suite leaders to turn strategy into execution. He has also led digital strategy programme execution, working with partners across Jersey to improve digital communication channels in complex multi-organisational environments and improve services.

Tim is an IoD Chartered Director, and has Practitioner level qualifications in Project, Programme and Change Management. He brings valuable experience both as a company director, and business consultant working on SAP-related programmes. His previous clients included the global clothing brand, Lyle & Scott. Here Tim was a strategic advisor to their SAP rollout and a private equity firm where he led a commercial due diligence project to acquire a European Technology company.

In his new role, Stephen will support customers in their transformation journeys through expertise in the programme and project consulting space and via the provision of longer-term PMO services. Stephen will help BDO’s clients succeed through his strong portfolio and programme management experience.

Tim has been working for BDO on a contract with a Jersey-based Bank, since August 2021, delivering a new Corporate Banking platform, based on SAP technology. He will continue this work for the remainder of 2022 as well as helping BDO develop new relationships with organisations in Jersey.

Simon Le Brocq, Head of Transformation and Change at BDO in Jersey, said: ‘We are delighted to welcome Stephen and Tim to the firm. Between them, they have a broad range of experience in businesses, from small franchises to large multinational, private and public sectors alike. They will be central to helping our clients succeed by partnering, understanding, and translating their needs into solutions. Supported by our multi-disciplinary team, Stephen and Tim will work across our client base to ensure that our services and advice support their needs today and in the future.’
