Allam re-joins the Group, having previously served as Director of Transformation and Change. With over 20 years of experience in technology and management consultancies, Allam has a deep understanding of organisational opportunities and operational challenges across various sectors such as finance, legal, government, utilities, retail, and telecommunications. He has successfully led diverse initiatives including global rebrands, strategy management, PMO setup, operating model redesign, implementation of new technology platforms, and operational improvement programs focused on efficiency and customer experience. Allam's expertise, backed by certifications in PRINCE2 Project Management, P3O®, DISCOVER, Lean Six Sigma, and APMG Change Management, enables him to provide comprehensive business solutions to BDO's clients.

Andrew has over 20 years of diverse professional experience across the Channel Islands, UK and Australia helping leaders, boards, and investors to develop and deliver business critical strategic initiatives, deals and organisational change. A former IT/corporate law barrister and solicitor, Andrew is a specialist in helping clients maximise value from digital and new technologies with experience across strategy development, technology evaluation and sourcing, M&A and due diligence, go-to-market strategy, organisational design, and implementation. Based in Guernsey since 2016, Andrew has advised many leading Channel Islands organisations and scale-ups across sectors including legal and accounting, trust and corporate services, technology and telecoms, public sector, insurance, and financial services.

Both Allam and Andrew will work closely with BDO’s clients to understand the big board room issues they face. They will work with BDO’s multi-disciplinary teams to deliver engagements and will provide industry leaders and boards with a cohesive, high-quality consultancy service. From strategy to execution, Allam and Andrew will deliver tailored solutions to solve unique business performance challenges, whether that is about new sources of growth, leveraging technology, or building modern global operations.
