Matthew joined BDO in July 2004 having previously worked for Coopers & Lybrand and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Matthew has provided audit and assurance services to clients operating in both the commercial trading and financial services sectors for over 15 years. He retains an active involvement in many of the firm's relationships with major international and local assurance clients.
As head of the firm's advisory service line, Matthew is regularly instructed by both private and public sector entities to provide transactional support and due diligence in relation to corporate M&A activity, business restructuring and liquidations, business and risk advisory, litigation support, investigations and forensic accounting. He has been instructed in a range of high profile and sensitive matters.
